Thank you for ordering with CafeSo. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and our practices regarding order cancellation, returns, and refunds.


1. Order Cancellation Policy


Customers can cancel their order within 60 seconds of placing it via the app.


After 60 seconds, cancellations are no longer permitted as the order is forwarded to the restaurant for preparation.


CafeSo reserves the right to cancel an order at any time due to unforeseen issues, including restaurant unavailability or item stockouts.



2. Return Policy


Returns are not accepted once the order has been delivered.


If there are concerns about quality or incorrect items, customers are encouraged to contact us immediately through the app or at CafeSoFood@gmail.com, and we will investigate the issue.



3. Refund Policy


If an order is prepaid and items are found to be unavailable at the restaurant, a full refund will be issued to the customer’s original payment method.


Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on the bank or payment gateway.


Refunds are not issued for cancellations made after the 60-second window or for dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference.
